ecw file offset when ploting from layout

I noticed that when I create a pdf file that I plot from Layout, the attached ecw file is offset, while when I plot from Model, there is no offset. I also noticed that when adjusting the drawing or using the MVSETUP > Align > Rotate view function, this causes the above-mentioned offset of the attached ecw file. Has anyone had a similar problem?

Are you running Map3D or Civil3D?

Im running Civil 3D 2023.
