working on a pipe network. I am trying to place a manhole on a pipe. When I try to connect, it is telling me that the pipe already has 2 connections. If I try to edit the network, I cannot get the option to draw manholes only. Anybody have an idea what might be happening? I've run a recover/audit to no avail.
