Drawing Units do not match coordinate system

I am using Civil 3D 2023 Imperial. After assigning a coordinate system (IN83-EF), I noticed that my drawing units does not match the scale of the geolocation map. For example, a street I know is 20' wide will measure at 1.667' wide. Somehow, the units are off by a factor of 12. I have attached a picture to show this. Any clues as to how to fix this issue?

@athompson469V3

Try the following:

  1. on the command line type: MAPCSASSIGNNONE (to effectively remove any coordinate system in the drawing)
  2. Then go back the Drawing Settings, assign the coordinate system again, and check the box to set AutoCAD Variable to match.

Hope this helps,

If you units are off by a factor of 12 check to see if UNITS are set to Architectural or if you Dimension Units are set to Architectural.

Set both units and dimension units to Decimal/Feet

Dave, the field contains sensitive information such as addresses and geo spatial data. I cannot post the file.

Following @rl_jackson 's advice should fix the issue. Civil 3D does not work with Architectural units.

Andrew,
Delete everything in your drawing except the dimension linework shown in your screen shot. Also delete the Layouts. Then post your drawing.
