Does CIVIL3D have a tabular geometry builder like OpenRoads Designer

I've migrated over to Open Roads after moving states and have found the Geometry Builder in ORD to be extremely useful.

The bearing distance line drawing from a legal description is far easier in tabular form than doing it one at a time.

My particular trick is to use optical character recognition of the deed which I then copy past into the geometry builder.

NTIAFW, but as you are already using OCR to copy paste, you can easily turn that into a script. Now that's my caveman acad work around. I am not 100% certain but thing the survey module has file import yada yada.
