how to disable or don't show this tooltip in send slide in station offset label

Interesting. I've looked through Setting for Alignment and other Labels. Nothing there or in the Commands section that would seem to affect that. If you have the ability. Open a support request with Autodesk and see if they know.

There is no other option

I don't think that this is an actual ToolTip, which is why it cannot be disabled. This is just like the QuickFeaturelineEditor, where it gives you information about where the crosshairs are. So it is a feature that is built into the command to aid in locating the label placement. Why would you like to not see this information? You would need to make a strong case for this and add it to the Ideas forum.
