Database Migration error for no apparent reason

This is in the educational version, attempting to migrate a database into civil 2024 and I repeatedly get an error, "Migration failed", I have spoken with my Teaching assistant and he also was not able to find a reason nor a solution. 

I am attempting to migrate a survey database (provided by my professor) into a civil 2024 file (also provided by professor) 

Not sure what else to include for reference, it is fairly simple which makes it even more frustrating that it will not work.

I don't believe you need to use the migration tool for 2020 to 2024, I've not had an issue with opening 2020 in 2024.

PS: Forgive me it's been a while since I've used 2020 so I could be mistaken.
