Data Shortcut Pipe Network Structure 3D Object Missing

I recently encounter this multiple times, when I opened drawings which referenced in the pipe networks from data shortcut, it throw errors and says "error found" and the file need to be recovered. 

After the recover (audit) process, it shows messages like below

"Pass 2 31700 objects auditedAcDb3dSolid(10245D0) could not be repaired. It will be Erased.
AcDb3dSolid(10245D4) could not be repaired. It will be Erased."

I then found that all the 3D objects of structures in the pipe network were disappeared (not showing up in object viewer, profile view, and section view). I tried to delete it and referenced in the same pipe network, but nothing changed. Looks like the 3d objects were completed removed from the drawing file.

I would like to know how could this happen, the file contains the original network and the file reference in the network were saved months ago and nothing has been changed since then. Could it has something to do with the server with data shortcut? Or it has something to do with the pipe network part catalog since the part catalog locates on the server while there is no access limit on it?

I appreciate any suggestion or recommendation to help with this issue.

Do you still have access to the part catalog(s) that were used to create the pipe network? Has the pipe catalog had parts that were upgraded to a newer C3D version than the drawing you're looking at?

We are using Civil3d 2024, and all the structure catalogs on server were created years ago and few of them were updated/changed. Both files (drawing contains pipe network and drawing referenced pipe network) were created after those changes of the catalogs.

I tried to open the drawing contains the pipe network and everything looks ok with no error shown.
