Cut and fill earthworks analysis

Hi I'm after some resource material wonder whether any body could point me in the direction of websites or video's of how to do detailed cut and fill earthworks analysis, how to break down surfaces to specific areas, and then drawing production based on the results so detailed cut and fill tables
