Custom slope arrow symbol

Hi, an easy question.

Is it possible to create a custom slope arrow, to use when annotating a surface?

I need one that's not just the generic arrow, but a more fleshed out version.

In the Label Style Composer, under Layout, then Direction Arrow, I thought they be an entry for block in the Arrow Head Style, but it's not there.

Any help or ideas....?

Add a Block component to insert your block. Turn off the visibility of the direction arrow. Have your arrow block insert and rotate to the direction arrow.
