Custom Model View of two viewports

Hey!

Im trying to find a way too save a custom model view that contains two viewports. For ex. a split model view where one shows the Profil and one shows corresponding alignment in plan.

Is there a way for my to save both under the same cusom view or do I need to save them as two separate views?

The 2-view process is just the way it's hard coded into the viewport properties, so I would think even programable there wouldn't be an option to achieve what you're looking for. Besides the two reside in different places within the model, so what is the harm of the 2 views what exactly are you trying to achieve considering that a plan/alignment view may be longer or shorter that a profile view, the only time they match is when there a straight line.

It´s more for easier navigation, since I have a model that contains around 20 alignment over a large area with corresponding profile connected to them. So there isn´t a real need for the whole alignment or profile to be shown, just so I have it easier to jump between places. 

Too bad there isn´t any way for me to do that. I´m new with asking questions on here, so should I close the tread or select you comment as the solution for people to know there isn´t one?
