Cross Sections for Vertical Surfaces

How do I create cross-sections for the vertical surfaces shown in the attached image?

I'm new to C3D. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Are you wanting hatches between your surfaces?  Depending on the type of cross sections we might be able to create something.

Thanks for the response, Sean. I want to create the cross-section from top to bottom of the vertical surface more like a front view.

Try this
1. Draw a polyline that intersects the two surfaces.
2. Home>create design>create alignment from objects>(select polyline and convert polyline to alignment)
3. click alignment>Launch pad>surface profile>select surfaces>add>Draw in profile view
