Creating Wye fitttings for Pressure pipe catalog

I created several wye fittings in our pressure pipe catalog.  When the style is set to centerline only the main branch centerline is shown, the wye branch is missing.  The "canned" tees, crosses show the centerline in both directions.

When using publishpartcontent you only can select one line.  Any ideas?

Did you create a part using IPE? 

Can you try the same in Civil 3D 2021?

I created a 3d solid and PUBLISHPARTCONTENT

We are just going to 2020 (not upgrading to 2021 yet)

We have tried IPE for storm structures without success (we do not have Inventor and that seems to be required to do most things)

Is their a "GOOD" Tutorial for IPE, I haven't found one?

I have attached the CAD file that created the *.content file that was imported into our parts catalog
