I am a landscape architect with a civil background. I am trying to build a workflow for irrigation design that will allow me to utilize pressure pipes in C3D and export to Revit. First for clash detection, eventually as Revit families.
Out of the box pressure network catalogs contain pipe/fitting diameters from 4"+. Typical irrigation systems use pipes from 3/4"-6". Rarely larger. So I need to create a catalog that accommodates this size range and pipe/fitting type (Sch 40/Class 200/HDPE)
I have tried to use both the Infrastructure Parts Editor and Content Catalog Editor but keep running into hiccups.
I gotta get past this initial hurdle. Any tips?
