Creating New Part for Pipe Network

Hi, Im currently working on a pipe network and was required to create a 6'x10' rect. structure with a circular frame. The issue I encountered is that there is no Style for this material. I created a block and assigned it to a style but it seems not to show on the plan view. Is there a different way in approaching this or can I just download a list of parts from online? Anything Helps, Thanks!
