Create TIN surface with spatial closest points/objects

I'm trying to create a surface of some 3D objects but Civil3D keeps joining triangles that are closest to each other in top view (2D space) when it comes to vertical triangles. Is there any option to force surface creation (tin creation) by closest points in 3D space and to "route" surface upwards so I don't get many holes.

Objects (ruins walls) are digitized from point cloud which has many uncleanable points (bushes, trees are above objects). I get very bad results by default. All the lines are added as breaklines into surface model. I need convert the TIN model to some format for 3D printing. Is there any better/faster solution than manually drawing all 3D faces.

If you haven't discovered already, Civil 3D cannot handle vertical or overhanging faces within a TIN model. Otherwise, there really are no settings to control how the triangles are generated, except for maximum length and maximum angle.

I wish I could suggest a better software for your needs, but I'm not aware of one.
