CREATE SURFACE BY USING POINT GROUPS

I am new to civil 3D. I have an existing file with point groups. How can I add those groups to create surfaces.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
What you need to do is right-click on the surfaces heading in the prospector (left hand menu drop down lists). Create a new surface, give it a name and set an appropriate style.
This will create a new empty surface.
Now expand the definition for this surface in the prospector, right click the point groups sub-item and that will allow you to add a point group (or multiple point groups).
