Create Points in an AREA of all intersections / endpoints?

Is it possible to select a (rectangular) area of linework and quickly create points at all intersections / endpoints?

Please se attached PDF for example.  I would like to be able to select that area with the green dots and quickly make those points.  Because I have to do this for an entire building and it's  probably at least 1,000 points.

Hi @ChristopherVolosy, are you taking about COGO points? If so, you can do it this way:

For points at intersections of objects go to:

For points at the end vertex of objects go to one of the following:

You can create a COGO Point Style that resembles that green geometry you showed in the attached file, and it will look very similar.
