Create alignment from objects - add curves between tangents

Hi, I'm setting up my company's template, and I'm trying to idiot-proof it as much as possible, so I'm going through all the default settings and changing them to my company's workflow.

When you create an alignment from objects, the bottom of the dialog box has a checkbox for adding curves between tangents.

I personally prefer to create my alignments by layout and trace, but some of the drafters here use "create alignment from objects", so I want the default option to NOT create curves between tangents.

I searched the command settings and I could not find a way to turn it off. I would think it would be in one of these options, but it doesn't seem to be there.

Anyone know where this setting is buried?

Thanks

Oops, just found it. It's under "CreateAlignmentEntities" not "CreateAlignFromExisting"

Silly me.

Hi @EliANewlines, I was creating my post and I saw you posted again saying you already found it. That's right. The option you want to deactivate is not there but in CreateAlignmentEntities.  I'm glad you found quickly what you wanted. Best regards!
