Crash when using Layout Wizard

Hi,

I'm working on a site plan and I need to set up a layout, but everytime I use the command "LayoutWizard", it keeps giving me this error and then says AutoCad as stopped working, exit. I am able to get to the set up screen, where I name the layout, but once I click next, it just says autocad has stopped working.

I have already tried:

1. Shutting down/restarting

2. Downloading Autocad 2015 Support files 1 & 2.

3. Uninstalling, Reinstalling

4. Software repair

It continues to stop working.

I have a Lenovo Y500, so it's a top notch laptop. I don't think my problem is a new driver. It's only a year old laptop.

Has this happen to anyone? Anything helps! Thanks in advance.

I found your post as I searched for a fix for the exact same thing.

I have been using AutoCad LT 2009 for 6+ years without any problems with LAYOUTWIZARD.  I D/L'd DWG TrueView 2016 and then LAYOUTWIZARD started crashing. I've done everything from clean uninstall/reinstall; install hot fixes etc to no avail. I even installed AutoCad LT 2016 and it does the exact same thing:

With dxf file open in model space:

>INSERT>LAYOUT>LAYOUTWIZARD

I get the window to designate a layout name (default Layout2).

When I select PRINTER, it crashes. Every time without exception.

Does anyone have a fix?

Thanks
