How can i make a best intersection ? When i made an intersection, there are always somes errors, even i ensure myself to do by the good way

First off, do not use the intersection tool.

Secondly, build your streets in your Corridor up to each curb return.  Then add in new Baselines for each curb return or edge of pavement and target the edge of the cross street and CL of your current street.  Google it, there are many vids on this workflow.
