Corridor surface for tank not smooth

Hi, I have created a corridor to do a cut excavation for a circular water tank slab but the corridor surface is not smooth. Can anyone help?

In your corridor surface, make sure your "Overhang Correction" is set to something instead of "none". I wish "none" wasn't even an option. In all the years I've been using Civil 3D, I've never once seen a situation where choosing "none" was a better option than choosing top links or bottom links.
