Hi all,
I'm currently running into an issue with a group section view.
I have a surface in a DWG file; I created an alignment, an assembly, and ultimately a corridor going through the surface with a profile. Whenever I open my section editor to display the sections at each station, everything shows up fine in the section editor of the corridor. I then create a group of sample lines and a group section view from each of those lines to have section views at each 50 feet.
Most of my section views show up fine, but it looks like one of them doesn't display the proposed corridor cut/fill surface to the full extents. I'll attach an image of station 116+50, where the proposed links to existing and displays fully, followed by an image of station 117+00 section view, where the surface stops about 10 feet or so before linking to the existing surface section. The surface does link and extend to the existing surface in the section editor, but not when I create a sample line and then a section view.
Does anyone know how I can make the section view for sta 117+00 display properly where the proposed links to existing? I'm pretty sure all of my other stations have no issues and this one for some reason is buggy. For now I'm just stuck drawing a poly line to extend that section to surface.
Hi @mramazanov , could you please check the following article? https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/civil-3d/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Cut-a...
It looks like it might help you with the issue you are experiencing with cut/fill display on corridor cross sections.
