yes I did. check my des, assembly, but i don't get why is doing that, does my intersection have to be perpendicular to the other alignment?

No they do not need to be perpendicular, there are however a large number of other items that need to be set up properly. 

 

Right Click on the Intersection Label or Marker and Check your Intersection Properties to make sure both of the roads are using the design ground profile. Also check the Offset Parameters, Curb Return Parameters, Side Road Profile, Lane Slope Parameters and Curb Return Profile Rules.

Also make sure that the intersection is not near a vertical curve (this has caused me issues before)

Check your Corridor Properties to make sure the corridor is also using the correct profiles. 

Check your Assemblies that are being used to make sure there are no 'errant' pieces on them. 

 

I find that this fixes most, if not all issues with intersections.
