Convert .stp file to .dwg

I need to insert a 3d component into our AutoCAD drawing, and the vendor can only supply this as a .stp (step) file.  I was wondering if some kind soul could convert the attached .stp file to .dwg for me.  Please.

The file has been zipped because I am unable to upload a file with the .stp extension.

As far as I can tell the only Autodesk product that can open this file is Inventor Fusion.  Apparently FreeCAD can do it - perhaps you can download that program.

Inventor Fusion comes with AutoCAD 2012 and 2013. I have the Infrastructure Design Suite which comes with AutoCAD so I can't verify if it is installed with just Civil 3D as well. Check your start menu and see if you have it.
