Convert and work with pre-existing non dynamic profile (polyline)

Hello guys, i'm on this situation:

Proposed profile designed on civil 3d, exported to AutoCAD and then i need to convert it to a dynamic c3d profile again to use the profile tools wizard to adjust/edit (i don't have the original c3d archive).

I'm struggling with using data from other sources on c3d, if you guys are aware of any guide about this, please, let me know..

The video helped me a lot, but i have another problem, i don't have a surface to create a profile view from surface profile, since i need a profile view to project a profile, what turnaround could i do?

Just create few points covering your alignment and create a surface from those points. Then you can create a surface profile and finally the design profile. Once you started creating the design profile you can delete the surface.
