Connecting WMS Server

I'm trying to connect a WMS server into AutoCAD Civil 3D 2017.  All of the discussions on line say that I need to connect to the WMS server through the Display Manager, which can be found under the "Manage" tab.  However, when I go to the "manage" tab, I do not see an option to select "Display Manager".  How do I get to "Display Manager" to be able to connect to the WMS server?

That'a an AutoCAD Map 3D tool. 

Type MAPWSPACE on the command line and select On.

The top tab is Display Manager.
