Concrete Rectangular Headwall in Profile View

I'm using Civil 3D 2023 with all updates. Is there some sort of issue with having more than 1 concrete rectangular headwall in same profile view?

I have 2 box culverts along an alignment and have attached a concrete rectangular headwall to both ends of both box culverts. When I add the box culverts to profile view, its fine, but when I add the headwalls to profile view, the profile view shoots up due to a zero elevation somewhere. I can't figure out why. If I delete all the headwalls out of the profile view except for the first one I placed, the profile view is fine. If I delete the one headwall that appears to be fine and redraw it to place it in the profile view, the profile view shoots up again as if I have a zero elevation somewhere in a part.

Update: I figured it out. It's one of them stand on your right foot, hold your left ear with right hand and point your left index finger due east for 17 seconds exactly...

I guess you have to know exactly what you're designing and what parts you need upfront when using headwalls and box culvert parts. The only way the profile view would not shoot down to -10 feet was to pic the headwall part and box culvert part I need, then place structures and pipes at once. For some unknown reason, it doesn't like when you place the box culvert then come back to attach the headwall.

I've used structures and pipes within civil 3d since its inception and with every version released, Autodesk always loads it up with surprises and not the good kind.
