Computer Freeze after closing CAD

I recently purchased a dell workstation with 32g of RAM.  Civil 3d runs perfectly on this computer.  When I close the program everything closes normally, then about 5 seconds later my computer stops working (locks up) and I have to manually turn off and back on.  This happens every time.  If I close CAD and don't touch anything for 2-3 minutes sometimes I don't crash, but can see the computer usage spike up to 90%.

Has anyone experienced this?  Is there a setting I need to change?  I'm running windows 7 professional.  My only guess right now is something to do with A360 and the online part of CAD.

I have this same issue for a PC that I manage.  Did you find a resolution for this?

I read this and I thought it might help...

Computer freezes after closing AutoCAD | AutoCAD | Autodesk Knowledge Network

Issue:

After closing AutoCAD, the computer freezes but there does not appear to be a memory leak with acad.exe but the acad.exe process doesn't end and the user must then force quit the process.

Causes:

The process priority level for acad.exe was changed from "normal".

Solution:

Check the process priority level for acad.exe in task manager, if it is set to anything other than "normal", reset the priority to normal.
