Complicated widening criteria based on gradient and bend angle

Hoping someone has some ideas on this one.....
I'm working on a windfarm project and the access track specification for track widths, bend angle and gradient is indicated below for horizontal bend internal radii of Rint.min (40m) to <=150m (there is another table for radii >150m)
I can only think of doing this manually by inspecting the profiles noting the gradient and bend radius and applying widening as required possibly using the corridor transitions functionality which would let me add the transitions to a file for later input.
I don't know if this could be accomplished using criteria files or similar and as I have no knowledge of Dynamo I wouldn't know if it is possible in that but this looks like the type of situation that would be ideal for Dynamo.
Anyone got any advice on the most efficient way of approaching this scenario as it has become the norm over the last few years as turbine components have increased in size.
Thanks
