Has anyone experienced difficulties downloading civil3D 2022. it shows on my system that its downloaded but the program just won't run or open.

How are you "downloading" it? Are you downloading an installation and the installation won't run, running an installation and the program won't run or installing directly from the web?

Desktop App? Go to your Autodesk Accounts page and grab your software there https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/all
Use the Browser Download option IMHO

i've tried that aswell, it downloads but it just wont open after installing

it shows on the desktop app the C3D has been installed. the problem starts when I have to launch the program or the software. it brings up an error message when I try to open it but it wont open. I load all my softwares the same way on to my machine and they all work and run perfectly fine. its just C3D 2022 that's giving me problems. I've also alluded the same issue with the Autodesk Support Technicians but they cant seem to find a solution.

I agree with @pendean as far as using Browser Download and then installing from your hard drive. But if you've already tried that. You may have to do a Clean Install. That link is for 2020. But it should be similar for 2022.

Do you have Admin rights? Did you deactivate your Antivirus during installation?

Ok, Let me try Clean install and I will revert back soonest.
