Hello Autodesk,

 

when i start civil 3d as autocad 2016 sp 1 on windows 7 i get the following error.

I think it has something todo with a extention that does not like a service pack but with one?

Ereee,  Please look in the registry off the current_user\software\Autodesk\Extentions\2017 

check if the dword values "DoNotShowExeptionMessage" and "MonitorAllExceptions" are there if so give them a value of 1  else create them.
