Civil 3d Standard Template

we have a standard civil 3d template of our own standards styles and settings. but most of the settings we keep default from civil 3d and some of them are created new. here we are not able to edit the user name and dates we like to make it same name and dates for all and lock it to not edit by anyone. please suggest us the best way.

Use command SIGNSTYLES, using this command you can update the name of Modifier and date modified. 

if you want to update the same for creator and created date you should use ACAD template and dump all your standards and styles in ACAD template and use command SIGNSTYLES to add required name.

By default name will be shown your computer name.

how ever cant lock the name of modifier and date but still you can use template reference option into the drawings so that cant update the same.
