Civil 3D Profile Views

Hello,

I have some questions about the Profile views on Civil 3D.

Whenever I select my pipes, either pipe networks or pressure networks, and they are supposed to be the crossing pipes - the selected pipe(s) would disappear.

Does anyone know why this happens and what can I do to fix it?

Those pipe(s) need to be shown as a crossing pipe, so basically a circle, on profile view but ends up disappearing.

Thanks in advance.

Crossing pipes only display if the cross the alignment the PV is based.

sometime you need to override the pipe style in use to show as crossing … check definition?

tip ID the pipe and in PV properties you check the box to list only crossing pipes … shorter list then check the styles in use

I tried based on your reply but I think it is still not working?

Please see the attached screenshots of my profile view (pv) properties that we have set for our cross pipes.

Also note - I did turn on the "Crossing Pipe Inside Wall" and "Crossing Pipe Hatch" layers within the PV properties but the crossing pipe still disappeared from the profile view.

Thank you!
