Civil 3d Georeferenced Image does not show up in viewport

I presume this is a simple mistake on my part, but I cannot figure out why the Online Map Data Georeferenced aerial is not showing up in my viewports in paper space.  I go to models space there it is, switch to paper space, not there. I have tried changing the layer of the capture border, still no dice.  Any ideas?  Baffled here......

In model space go to the geolocation ribbon tab and use the capture area or capture viewport to get the map to display in viewport.

Well, it seems the problem was just buggy software.  The solution was to go into the viewport and turn the aerial off and back on again, maybe even a couple of times. Then lo and behold both the geo aerial and the captured version of the aerial both just appear.

It must be some sort of software bugginess issue rather than any setting or user error.  I likely posted too soon!

Maybe anyone else having this issue will see the solution.

Don't know what is was thinking. You don't need to capture to display in viewport but you need to capture to print the aerial.
