Civil 3D BIM and 3D geophysics

Hello, we intend to buy Civil 3D for geotechnical BIM analysis. What we need is adding borehole, geology and esspecially 3D volume of varios geophysical data. I installed trial version and geotechnical modeler addon to try before license purchasing but I find no way to import 3D geophysical data. Is there any possibility to import? I mostly work with resistivity data, seismic refraction and GPR. Data formats are .vtk (3D) .grd. .cvs .xyz. (numerical).

I'm no expert in your field, but I do know that many people who need to connect GIS data to Civil 3D utilize QGIS, a free software, created and maintained by a consortium of GIS scientists. 

Regarding your file formats, for sure you can import the xyz. By .cvs did you mean .csv (comma separated values) ? If so, then you can import that into Civil 3D as well. I'm sure QGIS can convert any formats Civil 3D won't read directly.

Also, remember that you have the Planning and Analysis workspace in your Civil 3D, where you can use AutoCAD Map 3D functions to connect to many different file formats. Theme the data. Create topologies, which allow path and parcel analysis. Attach and quickly display large DEMs that take Civil 3D considerable time to process.

Geotecnical moddeler only allows you to import files in *.CSV and *.AGS formats
I have not encountered a direct option to export from geotechnical software and import into geotecnical modeller Civil 3D.
The most common option is to prepare a CSV file yourself based on geotechnical reports.

For importing into Geotecnical moddeler you need Field Geological Descriptions and Location Details files.
