Civil 3D 2025 Microsoft teams causes blue screen when sharing screen.

In our office there have been at least 8 times this week where when sharing the screen on Microsoft teams and having civil 3D 2025 open we get a blue screen on windows 11.  It occurs randomly, sometime direct sometimes after half an hour.

Everything is up to date.
I've included our specs.

Solution for now when you need to share you screen just open 2024.

Just here to check if it is our machines or Civil3D 2025. So we can take action accordingly.

A BSOD is a system level crash: is this on same PC/Laptop, or 8-different ones?

I haven't seen anything on this issue, and I have been sharing screen through teams for at least 6 hours this week.

I really like using this bluescreen view tool to find the stop code.  You can search the bug check string online to help find the problem.  Just because CAD was running this could also be a teams issue or something else.

3 the same specs as above. 1 other spec laptop. All run the most up to date version of civil 3D 2025.

Do you remember performing any "heavy" task, such as corridor building, render or work with corridor section editor?

Consider also that it may not be C3D, it may be another application and lot of times is the graphics card...

I do not know a solution. probably some sort of bug with teams instead of something in civil3D 2025.

we've had a company wide update and its resolved for now.
