Civil 3D 2023 - PDF Size Varies

The same drawing but with different users, both open the same file with the same referenced PDF file.

The problem is the PDF Underlay property's Width and Height change.

Odd, does anyone have any ideas why that would happen?

Can you post the drawing and PDF?  I'd like to see what we get here.  Not sure what's causing this, but if you divide the widths and heights respectively you'll see the value is 6.00 (and some change).  I can't think of a setting on a user's system that would cause and change in insertion scale from drawing to drawing though. I realize this is the same drawing, but are both users using the same version of Civil 3D?  Is one using surveyor units?  I'm just shooting in the dark here though.

You hit the nail on the head; that is precisely the problem. I wish I could post the drawings and PDFs, but client restrictions prevent me from doing so.

I am going to take a look at your suggestions and get back to you. Thanks!

I understand you can't post the drawings per client restrictions.  No problem.

I was thinking a little bit more about this and I think you need to run a test.  Are you able to introduce two other systems into the mix.  See if those other systems provide you the same dilemma.  If they don't and only one is the problem then you may want to try resetting the problem system back to default settings.  To do this, follow the image steps below.  This will reset the software to appear as it was first installed (remove any custom settings).  When it's done resetting, it will automatically launch AutoCAD (not Civil 3D).  You'll need to shut that down and launch Civil 3D.  Then test.
