Civil 3D 2023, Infrastructure Parts Editor 2023, Plant 3D 2023

Custom parts created in Catalog won't publish from Infrastructure Parts Editor (IPE) without errors, and don't display when used in a Civil 3D pipe network.  Most of the parts were created with Plant 3D 2023.
