Civil 3D 2018 Keeps Crashing

Civil 3D 2018 recently keeps crashing even with no any drawing opened. My computer is Dell Precision 7720 with Windows 10 Enterprise.

Civil 3D 2018 Product version: 12.0.1386. AutoCAD Civil 3D 2018.2 Update

Build on:   0.161.0.0 AutoCAD 2018.1.2 Update

                  0100AF Autodesk AutoCAD Map 3D 2018.0.1

                  8.0.100.0 AutoCAD Architecture 2018

This may not be the problem.

All your updates appear OK except the Civil 3D which has a 2018.3 version.

or

Have you tried a Repair of you Installation through the Control Panel?

Correction:

It is up to 2018.3.2 version.

It's company laptop and I can't do any maintenance when working from home via VPN. For uninstalling, reinstalling or repairing softwares, I need to request for temporary admin ID and password from IT department when working in the office.

You need to reach out to your company's IT for help with the updates or erpair-reinstall.
