Civil 3D 2016 slow performance

We installed AutoCAD 2016  and it is with good performance and after setup Civil 3d 2016 ,both autoCAD and Civil 3D are become Very Slow .Even after we install different version or in different partition it works for a little time and return again very slow.Please advice.
