Changing Text Height with Macros

I need to change the height of text for dimensions, leaders, and notes, on a lot of drawings. I want to create a macro to change it all automatically.

I've tried to create a macro that creates a new text style with the right text height and swaps out the text but it only works with notes. How do you to change the text heights for leaders and dimensions all in one macro?
