In Civil 3D, if changing a Sump Elevation in Properties (Ctrl+1) doesn't update visually, it's often due to unapplied rules or display issues. The quickest fixes are to select the structure, right-click, and choose "Apply Rules," or to "Swap Part" to a different part and then immediately swap it back to force a redraw and recalculation. You Your Texas Benefits can also try re-entering the value, rebuilding the entire pipe network, or verifying your specific Structure Rules in the Toolspace Settings tab.
