Change point defaults for all future drawings

Hello everyone.  I'm a Land Surveyor so point use in CAD is extremely important.  When I create new points, I always have to manual select all my points (I use select similar) and change the Point Style and Point Label Style.  99.99% of the time, the Point Style and Point Label Style are always the same for all projects.  I want to make these my defaults for all new drawing.  Using AutoDesk help, I found where to change these (see images below).  However, as soon as I close the Create Points window, they revert back.  When I open my template and change these, there isn't an OK button or accept, etc.  Anyone have any ideas?

This is what it always defaults to:

This is what I want it to stay:

Hi @lunarfaze,
Settings Tab >> Point >> Commands >> CreatePoints
Change what you want to change and then SaveAs a DWT (Template).

Thank you!  This was perfect.  And opened the door to other issues I had.

While @Pointdump did provide you with the solution your wanted. I would have to ask you why you would want to disable description keys (not that there aren't some instances to do so) but in my 15 years of using C3D and the 20+ before using LDD/Softdesk/DCA in the practice of surveying and civil engineering, Description Keys where always a must to speed things up. This would be the case in both the Point style used and the Point Label Style used by a point based on its raw description.

This "command" doesn't actually disable descriptions.  It simply allows the user to unlock the point styles to change the defaults.  Our points we calc and set always have a description.

Well, I've always done that differently by using Point Groups and setting a different Style/Label and checking the OVERRIDE for what I wanted to be overridden. Also, with my points you cannot edit the description unless you edit the survey database description
