Centerline of Sewer Manhole on Sewer Profile

Where in the settings can you have Civil 3D plot a centerline through each manhole on a sewer profile? I thought the option would have been included on the Profile tab in the structure style, but it's not there.

I'm not exactly sure what you're asking for so let me rephrase to see if I have it right. You want a vertical line drawn through the center of each manhole when they are displayed in a profile view. 

If I have that correctly, I don't know of any setting that will achieve this. You might be able to accomplish it with a label style although I haven't really investigated to see if it's a viable option.

That's exactly what I'm looking for. That seemed like a no-brainer to have that option. I'll look into the label styles and see what's available.

Yes, it's a shame something so simple isn't incorporated into Civil 3D by now. As suggested, a separate style is the way to go.  Thanks for sharing the detailed description!
