Rudiansyah,
Welcome to the Autodesk Forums.
Use Excel to delete those sx, sy, and sz columns. Then ENZ point file format will work. What data do those columns represent?

just change the Tabs with only space once?

Change all the Tabs to a single space for an SDF file or to a comma for a CDF. This is easier to do in a word processor program like Word where you can do as search/replace.

You also need to replace all the commas in the original file with decimal points. Civil 3D won't use commas as a decimal separator. That's probably the real problem. I missed that yesterday when I opened the file quickly.

OK You don't have to change the Tabs. Civil 3D reads them as spaces. It's the commas you need to change. I changed the commas and could import the file. I took the first coordinate field as the Northing. If it's the easting you'll need a PENZD format.

Are you planning to do it in Word? If not. What program?

If you need the additional columns. You would need to create them as UDPs.
