C3D installation modification

I installed IDS and opted to NOT include the Metric C3D setup.  I now need it to deal with DEM's.  I went to the installation package and got to the listing of products installed hoping I could install the Metric part of C3D.  It is not available.  Anyone know how I can modify this install to include it?

TIA

Mike

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. Right Click on Autodesk AutoCAD Civil 3D (version) and select Uninstall/Change. Once the installation window opens select Add of Remove Features. You should get the Product Maintenances window where you can add Metric.

I failed to mention that this is Windows 10.

Just a guess since I'm not familiar with 10. If you're not an Administrator. Have someone who is try to do the modification.

I am IT & admin.  I don't know if the issue is b/c of Windows 10 or the install is part of a suite.  I ended up uninstalling Civil 3D and reinstalling it with the Metric option.  I would like a better way than this if it exists.

You solved it the same way I would have at that point. I'm thinking it's a Win 10 issue. I've never had any problems doing modifications.

You might try brining it up in the Installation & Licensing forum.
