C3D Alignment Labels Issue

Good day,

I'm having display issues with my alignment labels in Civil 3D 2023.

As shown in the attached JPG file, the labels display properly in model space, but display at a lower scale in a viewport in paper space.

Also, the DWG file with the issue is attached here if anyone wants to check it.

Thoughts?

Regards,

Rodolfo

Did you regen after creating the paper space viewport? Check the label style text height in the Label style Composer. Make sure it is at least 0.08" Label styles regardless of viewport scale will ALWAYS display at this text height.

Hi @RobertEVs. Thanks for your input. Yes, I did a regen and it did not work. Also, the text height is at least 0.08" in my file. None of these things appear to be the issue.

Hi,

Did you check the drawing scale and scale in the layout view port.

My guess would be the page setup for 'Plot scale'  this sets up the unit relationship from model to paper space.

Rodolfo,
Thanks for posting your drawing.
A couple of observations. Plot Scale should be 1mm = 1 Drawing Unit. And the rotated viewports seemed to make things worse. When I used PLAN >> World and ReGen I could see the labels. Your labels have a 3mm height, and that should be OK. I don't plot much, so maybe others can better advise.
