We have been having an issue with a a few CAD users over the last few months that we can not really nail down.
'User A' will have a file open and working on it.
'User B' will go to open the file, and it will kick out User A and give User B write access. The only thing User A will see is the icon by the file name in the drawing tab will now have a paddle lock. Which User A will not notice, and continue to work until they attempt to save the file.
We can not reproduce the issue, we can not seem to find a pattern. This happens when both users are in the same office, same network.
Anyone else have this issue?
