C3D 2010 publish with no plot style set

We have problem with publishing drawings. We have several computers with identical settings on C3D 2010, for example, Plot Style Table Settings ar set to "Use color dependant plot styles". And there is no plot style to set. So most of coleegs can publish drawings as it shoud be, bet one coleeg can't. See the difference on attached image.

Where is that check box I have missed. Or is there something else?

Check her permissions on the folder from which the plot styles are being read.

I've never done it that way. But the only thing I can think of is to check the Default Lineweight.
