Block As COGO point Marker issues

Hi All,

I created a block for a sample location with red hatching behind it. The block looks find when I insert it into the DWG, but when I use it as a point marker, the red hatching seems to be brought to the front and blocking out the rest of the block. Does anyone have any idea what the issue could be?
I have attached a screen shot, the one on the left is the block I created and the one on the right is the pointstyle using that block

Hi All,

So I solved the issue... Looks like the Draw order gets lost when brought into the point style, and the creation order of the objects take precendence. So I had to go into the block copy the linework I wanted on top -> Delete the original linework, the paste it back after the hatching had been created.

Hopefully this will help anyone else who has the same issue

This really did trick!!! It is dumb to make the hatch, copy the boundary, delete the boundary and paste the boundary.

Tried using the HPDRAWORDER without success.

Thanks for the solution

another outrageously stupid bug that Autodesk knows about and will never fix, while continuing to add features we don't need and increasing the price
